Fixed Pricing Structure

Gone are the days where we take payments over the phone, and now we have settled on a somewhat reasonable and understandable fixed-hourly rate structure. We also reduced the number of cleaning categories on the website as we intend to expand into more service categories in the near future (beyond just cleaning). What has changed?
In order to grow and scale we adjusted pricing to reflect market rates and also provide transparency.
Before, we provided final quotes over the phone, or in person. Now it's easier to anticipate the total cost of our expert contractors as we provide a flat hourly rate per contractor hired from our private network based on services provided. We vet our workers more closely, monitor events in real time, and pay our contractors competitively for over achieving and providing great service.
We took payments in person, and still do. However, payments can now be made via the website sight unseen.
Launching our Spring YouTube Ad Campaign 2025 in anticipation of moving season
2025 is about to be a huge year and we anticipate the marketing results from our new ad campaign to have a positive impact on volumes and network growth. We hope to improve retention metrics and gain brand equity. We hope to achieve premium market positioning by communicating a value proposition we can deliver time and time again.
